When removing tenacious dental calculus above the gingival margin, XP Quik-Tips Sickle Scalers are very useful, even when dealing with subgingival calculus. Quik-Tips are screw-in instruments that are replaceable, allowing operators to reuse the handles.
These double-ended curettes feature the revolutionary XP Technology that ultimately bypasses the need for sharpening. XP curettes have thinner ends and sharper edges compared to regular curettes.
Available in lightweight resin or stainless-steel EagleLite and carbon-steel Cone Socket models. XP Quik-Tips Sickle Scalers guarantee improved tactility and reduced hand and finger fatigue.
