Crestal Approach Sinus Lift Kit (Improved Design) Developed based on extensive clinical experience, this innovative kit features an upgraded percussion-type sinus lift system that significantly broadens the indication range—allowing safe internal sinus elevation in cases with a residual bone height of 3–7 mm.
A major breakthrough of this system is that no bone grafting is required, simplifying the surgical procedure while greatly enhancing the success rate.
In addition, the use of depth control stoppers during the percussion process ensures precise control of the lifting depth, providing comprehensive improvement in surgical safety.

What is the Osteotome Sinus Floor Elevation (Transalveolar Approach)?
The osteotome sinus floor elevation, also known as the crestal or transalveolar approach, involves preparing the implant site through the alveolar crest. When the preparation approaches the sinus floor, a special osteotome is used to gently tap the sinus floor bone, creating a controlled greenstick fracture of the cortical plate.
This controlled percussion elevates the Schneiderian membrane upward.
Depending on the desired elevation height, an appropriate amount of bone graft material (or bone substitute) may be placed before implant insertion — or the implant may be placed directly if adequate elevation is achieved.
