Dedeco Black Hard Rubber Wheels 5000 Box/100
Vendor: Dedeco International
SKU: DD5000
Product Description:
The Dedeco 5000 Black Hard Rubber Wheel is a professional-grade abrasive designed for heavy-duty grinding and rapid material removal. As the Coarse grit in the Classic line, these 7/8″ x 1/8″ wheels are the first step in your polishing sequence, built to aggressively level out casting marks, deep scratches, and rough surfaces.
Unlike the “Flexies” versions, the 5000 features a firmer, “Hard” bond. This ensures the square edge stays sharp and stable under pressure, making it the best choice for flattening surfaces or defining crisp edges on gold, silver, and non-precious dental alloys.
Why it’s a shop staple:
- Aggressive Coarse Grit: Quickly strips away surface imperfections to save you time at the bench.
- Firm Square Edge: Holds its shape for precision grinding on flat surfaces and sharp borders.
- Heavy-Duty Performance: Optimized for the initial cleanup of raw castings and dental frameworks.
- Consistent Wear: Silicon carbide abrasive is uniform throughout the rubber for a predictable cut.
- Bulk Value: Sold in a 100-count box to keep your high-volume production moving.
