Perfecta REV! Patient Pak is a take-home dental whitening system that contains 14% hydrogen peroxide. This 14-day dental whitening treatment is applied for only 15 minutes each day, leaving the mouth with a refreshing mint flavor.
It does not contain alcohol and is water-based for extra teeth hydration. Each pack includes 2 (3 ccs) syringes, dispensing tips, 1 (4 oz) finishing rinse, and instructions (for patient and doctor).
