This SAM® Splint Combo Pack features two 4″ Premium Elastic Wraps (Velcro closure included) with a flat-folded 36″ Orange and Blue SAM® Splint. Similar to our SAM Splint Combo with Cohesive Wrap, the major benefit to this configuration is the significantly reduced cube space.
